After years of wandering in a spiritual desert, I began to sense God stirring my heart. Change was needed. In January 2024, I relaunched my business, Women with Brilliance, hoping to reclaim its former success. But instead of feeling fulfilled, I felt a growing heaviness. I realized my business had become entangled with New Age ideologies—something that had taken root because I’d been a lukewarm Christian for so long, hesitant to take a clear stand in my faith. As I prayed for direction, I knew deep down that something wasn’t right.

Then, on July 26, 2024, my Facebook account—a platform I had spent over a decade building my brand and business on—was hacked and permanently lost. In an instant, everything I had worked for vanished. Over the following months, my business dwindled, and the thought of starting over felt impossible.

On September 5, 2024, amidst mounting struggles and overwhelming anxiety, I woke up with an undeniable conviction from God. He was calling me to release all my pain, anger, and anxiety into His hands. He reminded me of the mission He had placed on my heart years ago: to share His Word with the world. It was time to obey.

Now, I stand before you, an imperfect believer with an imperfect story. My journey to grace has been marked by valleys and deserts, but it has also been transformed by the redemptive power of God’s love. I’m here, ready to share His truth and glory, knowing He can use even the most broken stories for His purpose.


My journey with Jesus began when I was just six years old. I was saved and blessed with the Holy Spirit at a young age.

However, I didn’t grow up in a Christian home where we were encouraged to learn or live by the Word of God. For many years, my faith was present but stagnant.

In my early 20s, a friend reintroduced me to Jesus, and that’s when I truly recommitted my life to Him. I was reborn. 

During that time I vividly remember hearing God’s whisper during a women’s retreat on the Oregon coast, but I didn’t yet understand how to act on His message.

In the years that followed, I did my best to guide my children by taking them to church and setting a Christian example. But life’s challenges—trauma and pain—sometimes clouded my path and turned me away from God’s promises.

The turning point came after my first husband tragically took his own life. For years, I carried a deep guilt and felt overwhelmed as a single mother of four. Fear consumed me as I faced an uncertain future.

In time, I remarried, but my second husband struggled with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. The relationship, combined with my lingering grief, left me desperate for answers. I sought understanding wherever I could find it. At the time, the church I attended wasn’t equipped to support someone in my situation, and shame silenced me. I turned to resources like abuse hotlines, but still felt lost. That’s when I stumbled into New Age practices—psychics, tarot readings, crystals, and spiritual healers. Ashamed, I admit that during these times, I strayed from God instead of seeking Him wholeheartedly. I mistakenly felt abandoned by Him, so I searched for answers I thought I could control.
